Over the past two decades, there has been a paradigm shift in public administration and public sector management worldwide, with an increasing emphasis on outcomes instead of inputs and outputs. This has seen many public sectors’ service delivery system reforms and performance improvements.
Public Sector Reform comprises initiatives and processes where governments and other sectors collaborate to meet the needs of citizens. This is achieved by combining Public Management with Public Governance practices.
We have variously improved the review of public sector service delivery processes, systems, and practices to review and restructure them towards efficiency and effectiveness. This includes policy reviews, processes and procedures, and reviews of the legal and regulatory frameworks guiding service delivery.
We set up performance management and measurement systems to aid service delivery. We also craft tailor-made capacity-building Programmes to improve their capacities and skills to deliver service continually.
